Coaching

Box Squash Academy

Run by our very own L2 England Squash coach Jonny Buckton. Box Squash Academy delivers all of the club's coaching sessions. Jonny is the county’s only full time coach and works with a number of groups across the Durham and Cleveland county area.

Jonny delivers group and individual sessions from beginners through to our first team and other Premier League players across the county.

Coaching sessions are available for all ages and standards. Sessions can be 1 to 1 or 2 to 1 if you and a friend or family member want a session together.

Contact Jonny for more information if you are interested in coaching for yourself or your children.

Changing and medical information

It should be recognised that Yarm Squash Club is a multi-user facility and there are no separate changing/toilet facilities for juniors. The club encourages children to come to coaching and holiday camp sessions already changed and to use any showering facilities in their own homes.

We understand that sometimes changing rooms are needed to attend after school sessions and we would ask that children aged 11 and under be accompanied/supervised by their parent or responsible adult in the changing room.

Children aged 12 and above may use the changing room unaccompanied but please be mindful the changing rooms are accessible by other adults.

If your child has any medical conditions that we need to be aware of or special requirements please ensure the club is aware via email yarmsquashclub@gmail.com.
